stop telling me to belt things, people. stop acting like wearing something with a fitted waist is going to make me look thinner. sometimes this works for people. but if you’re me? and you’ve got a big ol’ chest and big ol arms? all a synched waist does is make me look even MORE top heavy.
“belt it” is just another way for skinny people to write off those of us who take up more room. its the fashion world’s “its all about portion control.” stop it. belts are a pain in the ass and make it difficult to breathe leave marks on my tummy. no thanks.
