so last night while i was sewing, i was listening to the soundtrack from “dancer in the dark” (i know. i know.) and thinking about that quote from Bjork about how she didn’t really understand loneliness and felt like she was having an orgy with nature…something along those lines. its fuzzy and i’m not sure if she actually she said it. nonetheless, it resonated with that part of me that turns into a feral nell-like child in the summertime; feet dirty, hair uncombed, drinking indeterminable things out of mason jars and eating mustard sandwiches. 

anyway, i found some clothing inspiration over at Spanish Moss for the aesthetic that i am (predictably) aiming for. i feel that i need more CAFTANS and potentially a viking drinking horn which i will use to fashion a necklace that i can drink out of.
